As with other keepsakes, your items will be treated with care and respect and will be made to the best of our abilities.
There are no small parts sewn on to our keepsakes.
If a wristband is used on a fifi it cant be removed.
Delivery is by Royal Mail. With a fixed postage price. Please give upto 8 weeks for your keepsake to be created and arrive.
